CT Series Cylinder Bed Embroidery Machine

Main Functions

A beautifully constructed high speed multi head embroidery machine

This machine can be fitted with sequin devices, allowing you to embroider intricate sequin designs.

Cording devices can also be fitted to this machine, which allows you to embroider cording designs.

Latest technology with an extra large, coloured, digital interactive screen. Digitizing lettering is a breeze. Patterns displayed in real form as lots of 25 and page scrolling is possible making it easy to look for a design by code or picture.A double driver and step motor setup allows embroidery at high speed.

The pressure foot can be adjusted to allow for different thicknesses of material.

High strength new construction of the bridge chassis makes the machine extremely stable while embroidering at high speed.

Using a middle motor transmission for the main shaft makes work more accurate.

Motor cam trimmer system and motor hook set up reduces the trimmer noise and has a more positive action.

AC servo motor driver used in the pantograph drive gives fast and smooth movement.

The highly accurate liner guide system used in the pantograph guide can move very smoothly, reduce faults, abrasion and noise and give long component life.
